To add to this, it seems this happens to old notes from previous versions of notenooks, these notes have attachments to them, but notesnook does not show them with the attachment count number. Opening them again and make an edit, or trigger an image download will make notesnook update these notes, now properly show the attachment count number and full offline mode will be able to pick them up.
When I enable full offline mode, a download sequence start, images got downloaded, but not all of them. I noticed that my really old notes, 7 months to 2 years old, lots of them don't have images/attachments downloaded, it's pretty random I think, some notes got downloaded, some didn't. When I open these notes, notesnook will start download the images again, but only when I scroll to them. When I open these notes, scroll for images to download a bit and restart the application, a download sequence for full offline mode will appear, not sure if restarting the app was the cause to trigger that.
