1) test tool path to import big buildings in to o3d 2) paint with materials and beautify building as necessary 3) manually add to post server 4) add selector to client interface

1) to JIG3D works fine JAMES (cycle 1) 2) 10% exported smaller "no roof" samples NO USACE bulding now ERIC (cycle 2) 3) completed inventory server works fine DREW (cycle 1) 4) 50% BASE building selector added STRELZ JAMES (cycle 2)
