1) find useful avatars 2) experiment importing them into o3d 3) modify found avatars as needed 3) collaborate with primary avatar movement and selection to create avatar choice tool 4) add selected avatar binaries to server 5) experiment with advanced features - add choice in revit prior to meeting ..etc...
