Documentation: wording fix for drop.empty in plot_grpfrq #883

This addresses a documentation issue #876 that I first saw in plot_frq(), but I guess is actually located in plot_grpfrq(). I could be wrong, but it seems like the wording of the parameter explanation is reversed.
