@benjaminwnelson Hi! I'm having a similar issue, but random numeric variables are dropped. I'm starting with 100 variables and end up with 81. Did you happen to find a solution to your issue?
Can you please check if the removed variables contain any missing values (i.e. if those have been imputed) or not? By default, merge_imputations()
should only return a data frame with those variables that had missing values.
Thank you for getting back to me!
While most of the dropped variables have no missing values (n = 11), there are 7 other variables that have been dropped that have anywhere from 1 to 57 missing values.

This website allowed me to merge multiple imputed datasets https://strengejacke.github.io/sjmisc/reference/merge_imputations.html
When the function
merge_imputations
is used it removes the subject id column and randomly will remove some factor columns. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks. @strengejacke
