When reading the final sections of Working With Resources, my reaction is "that seems too easy.". May it is that easy, or maybe the author ran out of gas...) In other words, explicitly address data-change confict. You read ABC and changed it, while I read ABC and changed it. Who wins? How will we know? Etc.
(Obviously, all of this can be quickly tested by hands-on use of the product, but actually docs can be a time saver there, too, but describing the expected results and suggesting an action, or assuring us that such a problem can never occur.)
