Added naive Sin Sync + universal output object. #29

Hi everyone,

The first feature is a naive sin sync, which should alias. It is far from perfect but produces sounds and can be interesting. I updated the Sync Example to use the latest Oscillator (it was using a bipolar sync inlet in the example).

The second feature is a universal output object. It is basically an output that can be switch between MAX and M4L (dac~ and plugout~). It is particularly useful for the m4L crowd which may want to try the examples as a starting point. I may update all the examples later on to use this component.
