Re-submit CK Reflex effect (initial PR https://github.com/stretta/BEAP/pull/22). It was deleted without comment at ab58f0cf9197a9e99eb5f1c2ada601848b82f5a0... There's no mention of rationale in the commit, so in case it was accidental, here it is again. I've tweaked up the interface to neaten it and better match the rest of BEAP. The one major issue I still have is that the initial config (reasonable defaults for a good OOB user experience), while showing on the knobs, is actually not active. I guess all parameters are set to 0? Touching all of the knobs will cause it to start processing as expected (after the last knob is tweaked). Tested on latest Max 6 (6.1.9) and 7 (7.0.1) (Windows 64).

In an effort to reduce the overall number of modules, some modules were removed or consolidated. Ultimately, I'd like to move all standard audio effects (audio in, audio out) to AMXD devices. While there are some standard audio effects in the Beap format remaining, they require little or no explanation to the user (Reverb, chorus, etc...) Audio effects that requires multiple inputs or CV control (like the dual gate sequencer) will remain Beap effects modules.
