did you make the webrtc application on RPI come true ? How is the actual operation effect? if you made it ,can you give me some help? I'm recently working on this ,to make a video and audio communacation between RPIs or RPI and PC

If you're fine with using a proprietary software, please refer to UV4L It includes a WebRTC-capable server that makes it really easy to make such a connection.
