request: info about ripemd160 MAC #56

I am seeing some traffic trying to log into my server using MACs hmac-ripemd160 or hmac-ripemd160@openssh.com. I was hoping you could add some info about these MACs.

FYI, this Kex Algorithm was removed in OpenSSH 7.6 (released 2017-10-03). Therefore I see no reason to expand upon it in the document.

You can, however, find more about it in other sources on the net:
