here is an hotfix for the database issue , you can now work with UPKManager UPKManager.zip

I have check it lot of time and it's seems to be work, I also check it with friends pc and we didn't see any error by the way , the tool will be faded if there is any error and if there is an error it's supposed to be on popup there is no any reason the software to be faded like that, if there is any error on popup can do do screenshot otherwise I cant help you , on 10 pcs its work just fine wrk
