Summary:

Updated 'spirv' to 'SPIR-V' in accordance with the official terminology as per https://www.khronos.org/spir/
Removed superfluous exclamation marks for a more professional tone.
Corrected various typographical errors
Adjusted spacing for improved readability
Converted the markup table to HTML format. This seems work nicely with 11ty + Bootstrap
Standardized line spacing in bullet points for better visual structure
