xenko 3.1 is the oldest of all of them , why do you need it?

stride 4.1 is the current maintained version

Have you installed .NET 6 SDK? It must be installed even if you have .NET 7+ installed.

Yes, I'm going to close this issue. We can't really support Xenko 3.x at this time.
