Karma details ugly on Dashboard #11

As a side effect of r28, Karma information is displayed in the "Recent
Comments" widget on the dashboard.  It's current presentation is rather
unsightly.

Recommend removing this information from the dashboard, as it is available
in the comments list.

Should be fixed with proper fix to Issue 20.  Leaving open as this still should 
be explicitly checked -- not directly a duplicate.

This appears to have spontaneously fixed itself.  Change in WordPress core 
maybe???  In any case, the Karma info no longer shows up under comments in the 
Dashboard.  The only place I see the Karma info now is in the Comments "Spam" 
page.  Strange....
