When going from preview mode to live mode, any traces from ROIs are not carried over to live mode.
Steps to reproduce:
Start an acquisition with at least one camera feed in preview mode
Draw an ROI and right click -> Trace from ROI
Click "Save ROI" button in main GUI
Click "Play" (green triangle) button to go from preview mode to live mode
ROI information is not carried over to live mode
Clicking "Save ROI" will save the data to temp.json. This data can be added to the live config which will then work. However the program should do this automatically so the user doesnt have to do any manual steps
Solution
Find code associated with writing ROI data to temp.json in addSaveJSONButtonListener() in GUIMain.kt
Find code associated with writing new JSON config going from preview to live in writeNewConfig() in ExperimentService.kt
Ensure that ROI data is written to new config in writeNewConfig() method
