Update Ubuntu and Java installation in the CI #21

The CI pipelines are currently using old and deprecated Ubuntu version 1804. They also do a manual Java installation. This PR updates the CI pipelines to use Ubuntu 22.04 and also uses the preinstalled Java to save some time.
