Configure default log4j.properties file for Docker #437

Currently using the docker script to start the container image requires a log4j.properties file to be accessible from the strimzi path. It that file is not available, it should provide a fallback default version.

@hguerrero I had no problem about log4j but mostly about the configuration file, so I opened this issue #452
