Module 01 doc fixes #11

This PR has some minor fixes and one change. I would prefer to use the oc get cm my-cluster -o yaml command (instead of the describe) in order to get the cluster ConfigMap as YAML output. It shows clearly the ConfigMap in the same format the user should create it when he doesn't use the template (as in our lab). Wdyt @mbogoevici ?
