Add forgot password link and register link to http://new.homelesspartners.com/login

If you click on the login link in the footer, there's no way to reset your password, or create an account

First issue I see is that you can go to the login page, while your already logged in. if you were'nt logged in, you would see the registration link in the header

when logged in, links removed from footer. Also, logged in access to login/register pages removed, now redirects to main page.
