Does the README need updating with regards to Fever support? #277

Question from: https://twitter.com/aaron_stroud/status/378216463850409984

It seems like we have a more complete API emulation since the README was first written, but since I a) don't use Reeder (or any mobile reader) and b) don't have an iphone - it is hard for me to say for sure that everything is now done/working well.

Anyone else want to weigh in? @Koronen

Actually, I don't use a mobile reader either, so it's equally hard for me to tell.

I mainly (only) use Reeder in my setup. As far as I can tell everything seems to be working. The only thing missing is syncing read articles. e.g. if I read an article on my iPad, it won't ever be synced to my iPhone (in the all items list). However this is a really smalle issue, it was sometimes handy to look for an old article. I'm not sure if the Fever API hass support for this.

Haven't had any reported issues, so closing.
