Ability to book for more than one person

How many people does this form apply to, including you. Give their names

We do also have cases where some of the group claim from the assistance fund, but others pay full price. This I think reinforces the idea (commented elsewhere) for a freeform comment section to cover such cases, and the ability for admin to amend the details.

(The other option of course would be to insist on a single record for each individual, or that all members in a group haev the same 'status')

Ooh, I hadn't thought of that! Will add a generic bookings comment field for users to add this sort of info.

I don't think that we could force all people in a booking to have the same status, or to make everyone sign up for an account. We could possibly think of a way to store details for attendees who don't have accounts, but that's definitely not MVP!
