Be less picky about BSON #77

I'm not very familiar with the details of bundle vs gem install vs whatever, but my old dependency was picky enough that I couldn't gem build && gem install on a fresh computer. (Even though bundle install worked.)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there was no good reason for that pickiness.

I mean, I added it myself and I have no claim to understand how gems works these days :)
