Card brand filtering E2E tests

Summary

• Adds some E2E tests for the main flows
  • Showing an error in the card text field when a disallowed brand is entered
  • Hiding saved payment methods of disallowed brands
  • Filtering out brands in the CBC dropdown
• We may add more tests for GA
