Describe the bug

The 28.0.1 release has not been published on Maven central repositories due to CI publish step failure

To Reproduce

Action run's job https://github.com/stripe/stripe-java/actions/runs/11712586474/job/32624535519

Expected behavior

The version 28.0.1 availability on Maven central repositories (example on Sonatype: https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/com.stripe/stripe-java/versions)
