Publish extension to open-vsx.org marketplace (Add GitPod, VSCodium support) #129

Hi, thanks for this awesome extension, that's something I've been looking so long!

I'm an active user of editors based on vs code like Gitpod, VSCodium, etc, these products cant use official Visual Studio marketplace due to legal restrictions, I would like to suggest this github action to automate process of publishing to VS Marketplace and Open VSX, looks like it covers your needs :)
