Proposal to add Translator project in python #101

I want to add a Translator project in python to contribute in hacktoberfest which would allow users to select the source and target languages from a dropdown menu of available languages. Then translate input text from the source language to the target language using API.

Please assign this task to me under hacktoberfest label.
