Update dump1090_ for dump1090 v3.7.1/3.7.2 json changes #5

Fixes #4

dump1090 v3.7.2 outputs altitude as nav_altitude_mcp or nav_altitude_fms. nav_altitude_mcp seems to always exist where was nav_altitude_fms doesn't always show in the history json files.

Thanks, making these changes made the graphs work with dump1090-fa.
