Remove node tool #2

Select a set of nodes, click the button, drop all nodes that can be removed without breaking the topology (isolated or of degree 2, and not used by any TopoGeometry)

Drafted in b2d21e56c492d2c97d66b91feb2e3b900e3511ae User interaction may be MUCH better, but is a start.

Remove node is implemented, as far as I can tell, so closing.
