Hi! I'm very excited about discovering Facepager, but life is not a bed of roses..

I need extract Fb IDs of my friends. When I try it, the result is an object "empty".

I've already tried:

• using "me" node
• using fb ID as
• using fb ID as

Please be a little bit more precise: which settings did you try for example with the "me" node?

To get related data please have a look at the Facebook Graph API reference, there may be privacy restrictions.

Collecting user related data often is restricted by privacy settings. Maybe you should register your own Facebook App with the relevant permissions and use it with Facepager (fields "client id", and "scope").

I've noticed that the ID used is the scoped app ID, not the facebook "unique" ID, but, even with my fb ID, it did not work.

As you see in the atachment, I have tried in several ways.. with "me", with fb ID, calling

well.. I try ti create the app e paste the App ID in the credentials.py. Still dont work, but this way an extra row showed with the number of friends in format "summary {1}" with value total_count. Following this path, is there a way to make it works and shows the list of friends (just IDs are enought to me) ??

So, I tried to go to the graph api explorer and generate an access token of GET/ .... /me/friends?fields=name,id I checked all related boxes permissions (user_Friends, etc). Now, with this acces token generated in the fb, Facepager shows 4 nodes of friends of mine.. The 5th node is type "offcut" with param paging and the smmary with my total count of friends. Is this way more promissor ?

Well, I don't understand the problem. You want to get the IDs of your Facebook friends. And you got the IDs. What is missing?

btw: you don't need to change credentials.py, there is a field in the user interface for setting your Client ID.
