we are getting error(400) while fetching data.what can be done to clear this..no proper steps given

Well, this looks like an API error, not a Facepager error. Please ask your question in the Facepager User Group on Facebook. And you should be more specific about what you are trying to do. This error can be anything in the world. You didn't even say which API you used. You should get familiar with the reference of the API you are using.
