Jira integration suitable for use with 2FA accounts #93

It looks like the Jira integration only works with Atlassian accounts lacking 2FA -- those with just a username and a password.

Could the tool be extended to use a REST API token to authenticate? I didn't see a pull request that did this.

(Reviewing the Jira document I linked to, it appears this may be doable already, without any changes to Comply at all - the token may be accepted as the password. I haven't tested this yet, but will take a look.)
