docs: improve the content displayed on the web #38

This commit makes the apidocs consistent with other modules by removing README from the list of files processed by strong-docs. This fix removes the duplicated entry "LoopBack Android SDK" from the left sidebar.

I'll wait with merging until @crandmck gives a green light too.

I'd also like to hear from ritch on the idea of using a relative path (api/index.html) in order to build a versioned URL (e.g. http://apidocs.strongloop.com/loopback-sdk-android/v/1.4.0/api/index.html)

Miroslav--good suggestions. I tweaked the text a bit in the branch. Now it LGTM. Let's please merge this PR now to fix the broken link on the site. We do need a way to have versioned URLs for the API docs at some point though.

Landed. Now we have to wait for @ritch to give me permissions to publish to npmjs.org.
