UI and Local Authentication #17

I added working local authentication and replaced the ejs UI with a more aesthetically pleasing basic UI.

Notes: After you sign up for a local account you then have to log yourself in. Ideally we would automatically log you in after a signup up hey it's a demo right?

There is a minor issue: the Server Status link on the footer is not working.

Have you had any time to look at this pull req: https://github.com/strongloop/loopback-component-passport/pull/24 Is this on the right track? I rather like it and was hoping to see it move forward.
