How to specify ip, port and type? #24

Hello,

I realize I am probably overlooking something obvious, but could anyone tell me how to specify the ip, port and type when creating a new Stream() ?

Did you report this on the wrong repo by accident? There are no ip, port, or type arguments relevant to the syslog API.
