CI: remove sudo:false from .travis.yml #33

Because sudo: false is getting deprecated Really Soon Now.

This is partly a test, to see what does happen when sudo: false does go away.

Can one of the admins verify this patch? To accept patch and trigger a build add comment ".ok\W+to\W+test."

Test builds still work, and builds were actually a little bit (not statistically significant) faster.
