Gateway: after adding intial auth policy - cannot add scopes and save #1555

steps to reproduce

  1. add a custom auth policy
  2. save policy without filling out a scope
  3. save
  4. close Arc and stop process
  5. re-run Arc
  6. go back to custom auth policy
  7. enter in scope
  8. save button is disabled
