Outdated URL for Arc help page #1594

Clicking the help icon that appears above the left panel in Composer and Gateway modules links to an old URL, http://docs.strongloop.com/display/ARC/StrongLoop+Arc. This URL redirects to https://docs.strongloop.com/display/APIS/Using+Arc, however, it would be better to go directly to the correct URL because there is a noticeable delay:
