can not access strongloop arc #1739

I've just install strongloop arc and to use strongloop arc, we need to login using strongloop account, but where can I sign up new account, this page https://strongloop.com/register/ only display email subscription and no password given then, so I'm stuck here

Why I am abandoning strongloop, loopback, and IBM API.

Instead of letting people email reachsl@us.ibm.com. the person who maintains the API Connect shall actually keep an eye on issues from this repository

@xinbenlv this repo deprecated , you should use loopback framework without strongloop arc
