Update dependencies
Drop Node 0.10 / 0.12
Remove outdated .nsprc file as issue was fixed and we no longer need the exception
Disable package-lock.json by adding .npmrc

Oops. Removed package-lock.

The .nsprc changes aren't related to the package.json changes but that advisory was fixed so I just figured I'll clean it up while I'm at it.
