Interacting with PM from host CL? #369

I'm seeking a how-to interact w/PM running in a container. Through practice I don't trust slc deploy (nor API Connect Publish) to actually do its job in replacing an app in a sl-pm container and would like to 'remove' an app prior to deploy. Currently I am rebuilding the container to ensure freshness :)
