Revert "Refactor and rework http coercion." #269

This reverts commit b924a79f23a97eaa294bbd60345fb0f0cc77c5a0 (see #265 and #231), as it introduced severe regressions, e.g. arg=false coerced to true.

Fixes #269

Released as strong-remoting@2.23.1, I have unpublished strong-remoting@2.23.0.
