Add deprecation notices to SharedClass.prototype.find and SharedClass.prototype.disableMethod API docs #393

The release notes say:

The SharedClass.prototype.find and SharedClass.prototype.disableMethod functions for looking up and disabling remote methods are now deprecated.

Deprecation should be noted in the doc comments so it's in API docs:
