agent-trace: remove, it was never used #199

agent:trace (also known as "slow endpoints" in the strong-agent code) was never used by Arc. It complicates the code base and port to appmetrics, remove it.

@sam-github you'll have to remove test/test-run-agent-traces.js as well, since it is testing another code path for the same metrics.
