travis: replace Node 7 with 8 #230

Update Travis config to use Node 8 instead of 7.

@rmg Well, looks like it's definitely just as a result of running on Node 8...

Our version of tap is very out-of-date; I'm going to attempt updating it to 10.x and see if that helps any.
