Add support for ssh options #2

Makes strong-tunnel configurable while retaining the existing defaults and a backwards compatible API.

Options are intentionally undocumented, but technically the options are just passed to ssh2 so they are the same as documented in https://www.npmjs.com/package/ssh2#client-methods

Required for strongloop/strong-pm#128 to support more reasonable username overrides.
