error on startup.py #139

when i isntall following the guide i get nothing when going to localhost:1515. When i try to go directly to the private IP 10.0.2.0 etc i get below. I have my install on ubuntu 20 server. is there something i missed during setup. thanks

do i need to install this on a desktop not server? I tried changing the deployment file but just a white page it cant find

I successfully opened the page by adding my host IP address or accessing the URL address here.
