Release management #15

Hello

I noticed there are no release tags on this project. What is the project status? Do you consider it as "production grade"? If so, could you add release tags?

This issue is closely related to #14

Thanks!

strongTNC started out as an auxiliary tool for the Trusted Network Connect (TNC) functionality of the strongSwan VPN client. The software was originally written by a couple of students as part of their bachelor thesis at HSR University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil in Switzerland. Some months ago I was asked by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) if I would demonstrate the strongSwan TNC capability at the IETF 99 Hackathon in Prague in order to support the standardization effort of the IETF Security Automation and Continuous Monitoring (SACM) workgroup.

I have therefore ramped up strongTNC towards a production release and have assigned version 0.9 to the current release today.

Just as a sidenote, if this is being used productively, it would be good if Django would be updated to 1.11 sometime this year, since support for 1.8 ends early 2018: https://www.djangoproject.com/download/#supported-versions Other dependencies would also have to be checked for (potentially security related) updates :) That can be done with pip list --outdated.

@strongX509 That's really interesting, thank you. I'll try to RTFM a lot more as I still have a lot to learn about TNC! @dbrgn I fully agree :)

BTW, thanks to all of you for all the work. I am a big fan of strongswan for years. :)
