Here's the next pull request with several bugfixes.

Among others:

Enabled Django's timezone support
Dates are displayed as localtime again
Sorting dates works correctly
New "T" policy flag
Full PEP8 compliance with automated checks in test suite

Merged with some minor changes: Sorted contributors alphabetically (by last name), edited some commit messages (please don't use dots on the first line, and don't refer to issues there).
