XML Tags and software-ids are not buffered anymore in a list. Instead they are printed consecutively @dbrgn what do you think about that?

Introduced generators to allow lazy generation of SWID tags and software ids.
Removed over engineered visitor pattern and changed to a print function with look-ahead functionality (to detect last generated item)
