GTK 4.0 Support #14

Hi,

I tried using this theme with Fedora 36, running Gnome 42, but apps such as the Settings app, and Nautilus, do not adopt this theme, instead sticking to Adwaita. When will this theme get GTK 4.0 support?

Related to https://github.com/rtlewis88/rtl88-Themes/issues/59, will look into an alternative base theme i can modify with Tokyo Nights colour scheme

On hold until GTK4 becomes more mature (probably will wait until Themix supports generating gtk4 themes: https://github.com/themix-project/oomox-gtk-theme/issues/75)
